Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Sterling, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a transportation facility.

The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority is seeking a developer for a 238-acre public-private partnership to design, fund, build, and operate a new cargo hub in the southern portion of Washington Dulles International Airport. The project will relocate cargo operations, catering kitchens, maintenance hangars, and ground-equipment functions away from the main terminal to support both expanded cargo operations and a broader federal terminal overhaul initiative. The new cargo facilities are expected to be completed by 2031.
