The Village of McConnelsville intends to contract professional engineering services for sanitary sewer collection infrastructure improvements. The project estimates approximately 7,500 LF of gravity sewer, 3,750 LF of service laterals, and 30 manhole improvements. Additional needs include concrete sidewalks, driveway, and asphalt road replacement. Consultants must be familiar with the Village's rules and regulations for sewer utility. Statements of qualifications are solicited from firms interested in providing project design, permitting, bid document preparation, public bid assistance, construction administration, and field oversight services. Submissions should include information about the firm's history, education and experience of owners and key technical personnel, technical expertise, experience with similar projects, proximity to the project site, staff availability, equipment and facilities, references, and any previous work performed for the Village. One electronic and one hard copy of the statement of qualifications are required. The electronic copy may be emailed or provided on a USB drive, while the hard copy may be dropped off or mailed. The Village reserves the right to reject all RFQs or use the selected engineering firm(s) for any or all portions of the projects. The selected firm(s) must comply with regulations issued by the applicable Local, State, and Federal agencies and with Appendix II to 2 CFR Part 200.
