Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Irvine, California. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

The proposed Bosque Pedestrian Bridge will feature a 12-foot-wide deck serving as a shared pathway for cyclists and pedestrians. It will span approximately 230 feet with a minimum vertical clearance of 19.5 feet and cross over Great Park Boulevard, providing a direct, grade-separated connection between the trail networks throughout the Bosque area. The work includes reinforced concrete bridge abutment construction; reinforced concrete bridge superstructure; bridge curb/barrier with stainless steel railing and incorporated safety lighting; accent lighting, electrical work; concrete approach slabs; signing; striping; clearing and grubbing; asphalt and concrete removal; unclassified excavation; miscellaneous base and structural backfill; fine grading; asphalt paving; water quality BMP installation; and other items not mentioned here, but required by the plans and the Special Provisions. All bidders must be pre-qualified prior to submitting a bid. Contractors must fully complete the Contractor's Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, provide all requested materials, and be approved by the City of Irvine to be on the final qualified Bidders list. No bid will be accepted from any Contractor that has not complied with these requirements. Class A license is required.
