Upgrades and improvements to the Saint-Jérôme Polyvalent and Cap-Jeunesse High Schools located at école 535 Rue Filion, Saint-Jérôme, QC J7Z 4L1 and 600 36e Avenue, Saint-Jérôme, QC J7Z 5W2, respectively. The scope of work includes the replacements of exterior doors and related elements for the Saint-Jérôme Polyvalent School and the Cap Jeunesse School, as well as to correct a drainage system at the Saint-Jérôme Polyvalent School. TIMELINE: Following the contract agreement with reference information CGGSP-25-26-057/20126283 the owner has awarded professional consultants for design and construction work monitoring of the project. Preliminary planning is underway. Working drawings are expected to begin in summer 2026. Timelines of further project development are being finalized.
