New construction of a clubhouse / community center in Merry Hill, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,342-square-foot clubhouse / community center.
The Tall Glass of Water - Phase II project includes construction of a new 2,342 SF open-air pavilion and a 636 SF open-air stage to support community gatherings and events. Work includes installation of concrete foundations, slabs, wood framing, and roofing for the pavilion structure. The project also involves site development, including grading, erosion control, stabilized aggregate areas, and concrete walkways. Accessible parking and ADA-accessible paths will be constructed as part of the improvements. Site electrical work and other supporting infrastructure will also be installed to serve the pavilion and stage areas. Requests for interpretations will not be answered unless received at least 10 days prior to the bid time and date.
