The City of Forney is seeking qualified Grant Administrative Service Firms to provide professional services for managing grant administration for the Four-Way Stop Intersection Signalization and Safety Improvement Project at Gateway Boulevard and CR 212. The required services include grant administrative support, regulatory compliance and technical assistance, procurement assistance, financial and bookkeeping support, recordkeeping systems and documentation retention, contract administration and monitoring, environmental review documentation and submittals, compliance support for special conditions, reporting, and close-out and completion documentation. Procurement will be consistent with state and federal requirements. All questions must be submitted and answered through the CivCast website. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to waive informalities. The proposal envelope must clearly state the RFP number, project description, and proposer name.
