Commissioning services for building systems and specialty systems (mechanical, electrical, envelope, roof, fire alarm, security systems, telecom, etc.) to support Defence Research and Development Canada at the Ottawa Research Centre Shirley’s Bay Campus, Ottawa, ON. The objective is to hire a consultant to provide these services. Proponents must actively hold or obtain all required security clearances, specifically Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the level of SECRET, prior to the award as detailed in the solicitation documents. Consultants who do not currently hold the necessary security clearance should begin the application process as soon as possible by following the steps identified on the Defence Construction Canada website.
