Description

Site work and new construction of a laboratory facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 374,500-square-foot, one-story below grade laboratory facility.

The Project, Terra Canada National Capital Area, is located on the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) existing campus at 1200 Montreal Road, Ottawa. The Component 1 portion of the project consists of a basement, a storey building and a two-storey penthouse. The new building is around 374,500 sq ft (35,000 m2) GFA. The majority of the building is structural steel. Bids must be submitted online. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
