Colliers Project Leaders Inc. is seeking to procure a highly experienced Construction Manager to complete the delivery of a high-priority Government project at the Central North Correctional Center (CNCC). The project involves the design and construction of a 21,375 sqft Tensile Membrane Structure, a 7,000 sqft exterior covered yard area, and a 10' x 300' link tunnel connection from the existing jail to the new structure. Additional minor interior upgrades will be made to ancillary spaces such as the lobby, kitchen, dry goods storage, and admit/discharge area to accommodate increased capacity.
