Site work and renovation of a medical facility in Brandon, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The intent of this Bid is to obtain stipulated price (lump-sum) Bids from bidders for trade contract work for the Brandon Regional Health Care Centre Normal, Tender Package 5.4 (TP-5.4) located at 150 McTavish Avenue East, Brandon, Manitoba, as indicated in the Bid Documents. The work included in this package includes but is not limited to: Normal Power Upgrades to the Brandon Regional Health Centre within the existing campus. All Normal Power is to be maintained throughout the project and is to be sequenced with the ongoing Emergency Power Upgrades project that will run simultaneously to this project. The work generally includes: Novation (Transfer) of existing equipment supply contracts from Bockstael Construction to the successful electrical subcontractor as defined in: Specification Appendix B - TP-5.2 Equipment Shop Drawings Section 01 11 22 - Assignable Contracts Section 01 21 00 - Allowances Supply of remaining equipment and infrastructure Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Warranty of all Equipment Sequencing and Temporary Power Accommodations during installation Concrete Foundations & Landscaping.
