Site work for a transportation facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
Magnitude of Construction is between $25,000 to $100,000.00. Supply all labor, materials, equipment, and miscellaneous items for installing electrical power to the loading pit(s) at the Colorado Springs Airtanker Base. Electrical power is required for micro motions meters, which are mandated by policy for loading retardant on agency contracted air tankers. All electrical work must be weatherproof due to outdoor exposure. Refer to the Statement of Work for the full electrical project requirements. See the attached Solicitation and applicable documents for complete project details and requirements. Instructions to bidders are also contained within the Solicitation and related documents. Questions shall be submitted via email to jancie.king@usda.gov No later than April 2nd, 2026, at 1:00 PM Central Time. Solicitation 1240LT26Q0043 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for supplying all design, labor, materials, equipment and miscellaneous items for the purpose of installing electrical power to the loading pit(s) at the Colorado Springs Airtanker Base. Electrical power is needed for micro motions meters which are required by policy for the loading of retardant on the agency contracted air tankers and all electrical work needs to be weatherproof due to outdoor exposure.
