The contractor is responsible for maintaining a hygienic environment for participants, adhering to quality assurance standards, employee identification requirements, parking rules, insurance coverage obligations, and compliance with all federal and VA facility policies. Bidders must demonstrate at least two years of experience providing similar services and submit their offer using the Enclosure 1 form, including a capabilities statement/experience and any required certifications as separate attachments in one email, as no other forms of offer or submission methods will be accepted.
