The purpose of this Request for Qualification (RFQ) is to solicit Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from prospective General Contractors for the City of Palmdale Phase 1-Chimbole Center and Library Remodeling and Renovation Project. The General Contractor must be licensed to do business in the State of California and the City of Palmdale. A list of approved SOQs will be generated based on the City's reviews with criteria included in this RFQ.
