Question Acceptance Deadline 04/09/2026 at 11:00 AM MT Questions are submitted online No Addendum posted 14 April 2026 at 11:00a.m. (Estimated) The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Work for this project includes demolition, materials, labor, transportation, security, temporary construction, and other items identified in or reasonably inferable from the Construction Drawings and Project Manual and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. 2. The Jefferson County - Laramie Building - Air Cooled Chiller Replacement project requires work on the rooftop mechanical platforms, mechanical penthouse and roof areas. Work includes the removal of the existing chiller, pumps, piping, and other chiller accessories. New work includes providing new chillers, new chiller accessories, piping modifications, new pumps, and control modifications. All work includes the demolition of existing electrical connections and the installation of New electrical connections to accommodate mechanical equipment installations.
