Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ukiah, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Sealed proposals are requested for construction in accordance with the plans and specifications for the 2023 HSIP Systemic Roadway Segment Improvements on various county maintained roads. Bids are required for the entire work described. The prime contractor must possess a valid State of California "A" General Engineering or C-32 Parking and Highway Improvement Contractor license at the time the contract is awarded. Contract documents may be purchased for $40.00 at the Mendocino County Department of Transportation office or online. The project is subject to the "Buy America" provisions. No pre-bid meeting is scheduled.
