Site Drainage System Replacement at Malcolm X Shabazz High School, bids must be received by the Newark Board of Education Purchasing Department via electronic bidding platform. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. The Board of Education reserves the right, in accordance with applicable law, to reject any or all proposals and waive non-material irregularities in a proposal. 1. Demolition and replacement of existing sub-grade detention system located underneath existing parking lot. 2. Replacement of Inlets and Manholes. 3. Milling and Paving of existing parking lot. 4. Painting and Striping of parking lot.
