The project consists of, but is not limited to, dewatering, excavation and disposal of lakebed sediment from Lake LaVerne as well as pavement removal, regrading of the lakebed, reshaping the lake edge, bank stabilization, placement of limestone outcropping and fieldstone along the lake edge, cut limestone walls, extending lake overflow channel, PCC sidewalks, railing replacement, site lighting, and seeding. Successful bidder will be required to furnish a Contract Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract sum within ten (10) days after receipt of Notice of Award. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 45 calendar days after the date of opening.
