Bids are due before 1:30 PM, May 7, 2026 via electronic submission to the Park District’s planroom, in the manner set forth in Section 1 of the Instructions to Bidders. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on March 25, 2026. All questions during bidding must be emailed to JOC2026@ebparks.org before 5:00 PM on April 23, 2026.
