The purpose is to establish continuing contracts for Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) for General Construction Services Projects. Work will be assigned through individual Task Orders, which may include new construction, renovation, renewal, replacement, building maintenance, equipment installation, utility work, and other miscellaneous projects. Estimated Construction Costs for each individual project will be per continuing contract standards. Respondents must have proven expertise and extensive experience in CMAR processes related to water, wastewater, and reclaimed water infrastructure, including construction management of pumping stations, water treatment facilities, and wastewater treatment facilities and improvements. Task Orders may require self-performing and emergency projects. Assignment will be based on project type, complexity, availability, past performance, and assessment of best fit. No guarantee is made for a minimum or maximum number of Task Orders or dollar value of work during the contract term. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Zycus platform.
