The City is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the Sunrise Lift Station Upgrade project, which modernizes pumping, controls, and access systems as part of the City's standard lift station upgrade program. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with all specifications, requirements, and instructions outlined in the bidding documents. Contractors are required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, incidentals, and services necessary for the complete and functional work. Proposals must comply with all applicable codes and standards. All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package clearly marked as "RFP - City of Yukon Sunrise Lift Station Upgrade." One original and one copy, including all required documentation, must be submitted by the date and time specified. Late submissions will not be considered. A mandatory pre-bid meeting on-site is required for eligibility to submit a bid. A completed, signed, and notarized Non-Collusion Affidavit is mandatory for each proposal. Each proposal must include a detailed project plan and a list of all proposed materials, specifying the manufacturer for each material listed. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, or re-solicit bids if necessary.
