The Newton County Board of Commissioners is soliciting separate sealed proposals from qualified providers for Treatment Services for the Resource Court. Proposals must be submitted electronically through EUNA’s electronic submission portal. Consultants are required to maintain comprehensive general liability insurance, commercial automobile liability insurance, and statutory worker's compensation insurance, each with specified minimum coverage limits. All insurance must be from an insurer acceptable to the County, and certificates of insurance must be provided upon request. Both prime firms and any sub consultants must hold a business license and be fully insured as described. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Digital copies of the proposal documents are available at the Purchasing office or online, and hard copies can be obtained for a non-refundable fee. The County may disregard proposals from contractors not on record as having received complete proposal documents.
