Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; office development; parking garage; and industrial development.

The intent is to receive proposals from qualified proponents and select a firm to design and construct a transit facility that accommodates administration, operations, maintenance, training, and parking, including charging for electric vehicles. The project improvements also include construction of new concrete sidewalk, driveways, and streetlights, modification of the existing storm drain facility, installation of landscaping and irrigation systems, and other work required to make a complete and serviceable project.
