Hourly equipment rates for each type of equipment to strip/grub, mine, and stockpile all raw materials needed to produce Class 5 Aggregate. The raw material will need to be stockpiled in the Northeast corner of the property. The contractor will provide all equipment needed to complete this task. Work under this contract will be able to start operations on or before May 1st, 2026, and will be completed no later than June 1st, 2026. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check made payable to Kittson County for the amount of one hundred dollars. The County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities therein and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the County.
