Renovation of a military facility in Billings, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Concrete repair services are required at the James F. Battin Federal Courthouse in Billings, Montana; the Bozeman USPS and Federal Building in Bozeman, Montana; and the Mike Mansfield Federal Building in Butte, Montana. Work includes structural repairs to stairways, sidewalks, ADA-compliant ramps, and building exteriors. Contractors must perform comprehensive pre-work assessments and complete repairs involving crack remediation, spalling and tread restoration, surface leveling, truncated dome replacement, root-impact mitigation, and selective concrete removal. Tasks also include cleaning or replacing reinforcing steel, applying bonding agents, installing epoxy-anchored rebar, forming, placing, finishing, and curing concrete, and matching existing finishes. All necessary permits and licenses are required, and smooth transitions and proper surface grading must be ensured across all repaired areas. Location: James F.
