As of April 08, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded by next week. The work includes the following: Complete asbestos abatement of both buildings as recommended in the attached asbestos Atlas testing report (Exhibit B). Remove and dispose of all asbestos-containing material identified in the Atlas testing report in accordance with applicable regulations. Provide RURA with documentation of the asbestos remediation as required for future demolition and/or moving of structures. Comply with all applicable federal and state requirements regarding asbestos removal, including any required permitting or notifications. Work not included: Demolition of the buildings.
