Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Malone, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel.
Bids are requested for providing all labor and material necessary for Contract No. 1 - Replacement of County Route 25 Bridge over Branch Brook (BIN 3338070). Bids must include security of at least five percent of the bid amount and comply with the employment conditions and minimum wage rates specified. Bidders must hold a valid Certificate of Registration from the New York State Department of Labor and not be listed as a "Non-Responsible Entity" by the New York State Office of General Services. Sales and compensating use taxes should not be included in the bid for materials to be incorporated into the project and sold to the County prior to incorporation. The right is reserved to waive informalities and to reject any or all bids.
