A market survey is being conducted for a future Single-Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to provide Architect/Engineer services for the preparation of a full design package supporting the construction of a large-scale Space Force intelligence facility at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. The contract will have a five-year ordering period and a total capacity of $50,000,000, with multidisciplinary A/E services issued under individual firm-fixed price task orders. Work includes full design for a new approximately 302,000-square-foot ICD-705-compliant multi-floor administrative facility with structural frame, metal panel and precast exterior walls, a computer room with raised floor, intelligence production areas, freight and personnel elevators, communications equipment spaces, emergency generator systems, and an auditorium, as well as a secure bridge or corridor connection to an existing secure facility. The design effort will also address all associated paving, utilities, and sitework required to support the new structure. Interested firms must submit survey responses indicating small business status, Unique Entity Identifier, bonding capacity, and examples of similar completed design projects within the past seven years, along with details on project scope, size, contract type, dollar value, self-performed design elements, and subcontracted portions. Responses must also identify the percentage of work that will be self-performed in accordance with applicable small business subcontracting limitations. Responses are due via the designated survey form by the date and time specified. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management prior to award and should follow updated SAM registration and notarized letter requirements as outlined.
