Question deadline: 04/10/2026 at 12:00 PM Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for renovations to existing Primary/Elementary, Middle School, and Academy buildings. The work includes, but is not limited to, restroom renovations, art and tech renovations, gymnasium and locker room renovations, kitchen renovations, door replacement, generators, elevator modernization, IT upgrades, addition of air conditioning, playgrounds, tennis courts, and exterior site improvements. Bids will be received for multiple prime contracts: General Construction (GC), Mechanical (MC), Plumbing (PC), Electrical (EC), Site Construction (SC), and Low Voltage Work (LVC). Bidders must prepare and submit sealed bids in compliance with the provided instructions. A bid security amounting to five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each submission. Bidders must be properly licensed and able to obtain necessary insurance and bonds. A performance bond, a separate labor and material payment bond, and appropriate insurance, as accepted by the owner, will be required of the successful bidder. A non-collusive bidding certificate must be included with each bid. This is a prevailing wage rate job. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all bids, or accept the bid deemed in the owner's best interest.
