The Village of Liverpool is requesting general contractor services to complete upgrades to the existing DPW Highway facility at 6760 Onondaga Lake Parkway. The work includes the procurement, storage, demolition and disposal, and replacement of windows, pedestrian doors, and overhead sectional doors (with electric openers), architectural roof, and siding. Also included are miscellaneous repairs, replacement, preparation, and painting of existing damaged masonry block walls, damaged trim, sills, jambs, lintels, and plywood. Bidders are responsible for notifying the Village of any errors, omissions, conflicts, or ambiguity in the contract documents. Question Deadline 04/03/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
