Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Marianna, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The project generally includes replacing damaged concrete pavement, repairing concrete cracks, and removing and replacing concrete joint sealant. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked for the project at Marianna Municipal Airport. All bids shall be prepared in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, and a complete understanding of the Bid Documents is necessary to properly submit a bid. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price is required. Bidders must comply with Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements, Buy American provisions, prevailing wage rates (Davis Bacon), certification regarding lobbying, certification regarding debarment and suspension, and certification regarding foreign trade restriction. The City of Marianna reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive deficiencies, and accept any bid deemed to be in the City's best interest. No bidder may withdraw their bid for 120 calendar days following the opening. All sealed bids must be addressed as specified. A bidder requiring a clarification or interpretation of the project documents shall make a written request to the Owner or Engineer. The Owner or Engineer must receive the written request a minimum of seven (7) calendar days prior to the date of the bid opening. Question Deadline 04/07/2026
