The project includes parking lot resurfacing at Chanhassen High School, located at 2200 Lyman Boulevard, Chanhassen, Minnesota. The work consists of asphalt paving, striping, signage, cone curbs, and landscaping, to be carried out over two phases: Phase One in summer 2026 and Phase Two in summer 2027. Bidders must submit proposals on the supplied bid forms, with no oral, telegraphic, or telephonic proposals or modifications considered. Each bid requires a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to Independent School District #112 in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder must provide satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond. Bids cannot be withdrawn for thirty days after the bid opening without the Owner's consent. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities. Substantial Completion is required for Phase 1 on or before August 7, 2026, and for Phase 2 on or before August 6, 2027.
