Sealed bids are requested for traditional manual/unlimited and automated/limited collection and disposal of solid waste and recyclable materials for a four-year term beginning January 1, 2027 and ending December 31, 2030, with one Township option for calendar year 2031 and one mutually agreed option year for calendar year 2032. Bids must be made on specific bid forms and in accordance with instructions to bidders provided. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the first year's bid. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities or informalities, waive technicalities, or any portion of any bid, and to make an award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Township.
