Construction and installation of traffic signal for intersection of FM 2812 and Jasman Rd with re-striping. The City of Edinburg is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the FM 2812 and Jasman Rd. Traffic Signal. Sealed proposals must be submitted electronically or received by the City Secretary's Office prior to the specified deadline. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered and will be considered void and unacceptable. All proposals will be opened, and bidder's names will be publicly read aloud promptly at the designated location and time. If submitting a hard copy proposal, it must be delivered in a sealed envelope with a return address and clearly marked with the appropriate RFP number to the City Secretary's Office prior to the RFP opening date and time. The receiving time in the City Secretary's Office will govern the acceptability of the proposals. The respondent's firm name must appear on the outside of the envelope. The City of Edinburg reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities or technicalities, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the City.
