MnDOT requests letters of interest for preliminary and final design for State Project (SP) 4705-51. SP 4705-51 refers to the intersection of Trunk Highway (TH) 12 and County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 34 in the City of Litchfield. This intersection has recently been reviewed with an Intersection Control Evaluation (ICE) Study with Meeker County, City of Litchfield, and MnDOT. The recommendation coming out of the study is a single lane roundabout (RAB). Prospective, pre-qualified responders who have any questions regarding this Announcement must submit questions, by email, to the Contract Administrator: Gretchen Warner-Rhubee Gretchen.Warner-Rhubee@state.mn.us Questions regarding this Announcement must be received, via e-mail, by the Contact Administrator identified above no later than 2:00PM Central Time on 03/25/2026.
