Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Littleton, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Community Parks Landscape Installation Project - Landscaping/Irrigation Install new landscaping in Community Park, including all materials and labor necessary for completion of the work. Bids shall be made on the forms furnished by the Owner and enclosed in a sealed envelope endorsed with the name of the Bidder. A Bid Bond equal to ten percent of the total Bid amount is required. Bidders must supply a list of Subcontractors providing $10,000 or more in labor and/or materials. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the full amount of the Contract Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality or irregularity, to disregard non-conforming Bids, to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder, and to require evidence of Bidders' qualifications. Bidders are required to keep their Bids open for sixty days from the date of bid opening. Question Deadline 03/30/2026 Any questions concerning this bid shall be directed in writing to: Peggy Ripko at pripko@sdmsi.com The overall work is to include: a. Demolish the existing gazebo b. Install a new 20' x 20' pavilion with ADA access c. Install an overlook west of the playground ramp d. Install landscaped areas in and around existing trees, the new pavilion, and the overlook e. Landscape plants should primarily utilize native species with credits given for plants sourced from the district's greenhouse f. Include picnic tables and benches g. Siloam stone, or similar stone, shall be used for accent boulders and retaining walls h. Walking areas should use breeze or crusher fines i. Landscape rock must not be light enough that a child can easily pick it up or roll it j. Pea gravel can be used for mulch k. Relocate the existing breaker panel immediately adjacent to the meter by the parking lot entrance
