Renovation of a military facility in Rapid City, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Design-Build Proposals are requested for the project to replace the roof on Building 803 (PN467150). Any public improvement must be designed by a licensed Architect/Engineer licensed in South Dakota. Qualitative and Management Proposals should be submitted in sealed separate envelopes with three hard copies each or electronically to the Engineering Manager. Cost proposals must be submitted on the electronic bidding platform. For proposals exceeding $100,000, a certified check, cashier's check, or draft for 5% of the base bid and all add alternates, or a 10% proposal bond from a surety authorized in South Dakota, must be provided. The Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities. Event bid note: Qualitative and Management Proposals may be delivered by the closing date and time. Hard copies shall be in sealed separate envelopes containing three (3) hard copies of each proposal. Electronic copies may be emailed to the Engineering Manager, Cullen Jorgensen, at Cullen.Jorgensen@state.sd.us or delivered on USB removable storage media to the South Dakota Department of the Military, Attn: Engineering Manager, 2823 W.
