Scope of Work includes detention, drainage, and mitigation improvements. Each bid must include a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check in an amount not less than two percent of the total bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the contract and execute the bonds on the forms provided and submit the required insurance certificates and bonds within seven days after receiving the contract documents.
