The scope of work includes furnishing all labor and materials for the complete in-place construction of the following approximate quantities: 6,600 square yards of removing bituminous pavement; 2,400 linear feet of removing and replacing concrete curb and gutter; 4,500 cubic yards of excavation (common, P); 2,500 cubic yards of select granular embankment (CV, P); 2,400 cubic yards of aggregate base (CV) Class 5 (P); 600 tons of Type SP 9.5 wearing course mix (3,C); 1,200 tons of Type SP 12.5 wearing course mix (3,C); 550 linear feet of 24" RC pipe sewer Des 3006 CL III; and 1,300 linear feet of 8" watermain ductile iron CL 52. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response or submission must comply with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 16C.285, Responsible Contractor. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
