The Issuing Office is Heber City / Sunrise Engineering. SEALED BIDS will be received by Heber City (referred to as the “OWNER”) at 75 North Main, Heber, Utah. Responses should be directed to the designated individual/office as specified. It is the vendor's responsibility to review the entire solicitation in order to comply with any requirements. Includes construction of a new multi-use trail along the north side of 300 south from approximately 100 West to 600 West in Heber City, Utah. The project includes removal of existing sidewalk, installation of approximately 2,000 linear feet (LF) of 8-foot-wide concrete trail, existing concrete sidewalk tie-in, ADA curb ramps with truncated-dome detectable warning surfaces, approximately 75 LF of curb and gutter, pavement striping, pedestrian crossing signage, and surface restoration. Storm drain / irrigation improvements include installation of approximately 340 LF of 12-inch HDPE storm drain pipe, curb drop inlet boxes, adjustment of existing storm drain manholes, removal of existing drainage structures, approximately 210 LF of 1-foot-wide earthen drainage swale, relocation of approximately 490 LF of irrigation ditch, and installation of head gates. Other improvements include relocation and installation of water service connections, relocation of mailboxes and street signs, and other incidental work necessary to complete the project.
