UNC Greensboro Campus Steam & Condensate Infrastructure Improvements Phase 1 - BP-33A Site Utilities Balfour Beatty, Construction Manager, will accept sealed bids from prequalified bidders for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment for UNCG Steam and Condensate Improvements Pkg A. Bids will be accepted for the BP-33A Site Utilities. This project includes site grading, site demolition of existing utilities, installation of new steam and condensate trench and piping, minor site drainage, minor site electrical, minor hardscapes, and landscaping. Sealed bids will be received by hand and publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 AM EST at the Gray House Conference Room located at 105 Gray Dr, Greensboro, NC on the campus. Bids will be accepted from pre-qualified 1st tier subcontractors only. Pre-qualification requirements: Bids will be accepted from pre-qualified 1st tier subcontractors only. The pre-qualified bidders list will be finalized and made available via the issuance of a project addendum no less than 7 days prior to bid. HUB firms are encouraged to attend the pre-bid even if the firm is not looking to bid as first tier subcontractor.
