Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hailey, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of May 27, 2026, the project was awarded to American Vac Services, with an awarded amount of $474,958.50.** The proposed work consists of excavation, embankment, storm drainage, concrete placement, asphalt placement, underground utility work, street light installation, tree well and silva cell installation, construction of an aggregate base for landscape paver installation by others, and miscellaneous other items. The work will be performed along the north side of Bullion Street between Main Street and Hop Porter Park and is approximately 1200 linear feet. Bidders must hold a valid Idaho Public Works License prior to the bid due date and must submit a list of all subcontractors with their bid. Any objections to the contents or terms of the contract documents, plans and specifications shall be raised no later than three days prior to the bid opening date and time. The City of Hailey reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Questions regarding the contract documents or scope of work should be submitted in writing to Nancy.Arellano@haileycityhall.org.
