Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Project has been Cancelled The City of Houston is seeking bids from qualified bidders to provide construction services for a variety of drainage-related improvements. The scope includes the repair, rehabilitation, removal, disposal, and/or replacement of storm sewers, storm sewer leads, storm sewer outfalls, manholes, inlets, and other drainage structures. The work also encompasses the rehabilitation and/or regrading of existing roadside ditches. The contractor may also be required to construct, repair, rehabilitate, remove, dispose of, and/or replace other City assets affected by the drainage work, such as roadway pavement, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, wheelchair ramps, waterlines, and sanitary sewers. All work must be performed in accordance with the specifications and scope of work established by Houston Public Works (HPW).
