Services to install and program a replacement Gulmay X-Ray controller (Gulmay MP123 Type III) for the Non-Destructive Testing X-Ray Shielded Cabinet Enclosure system at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility. The Non-Destructive Testing Lab must maintain its capability to conduct nuclear and non-nuclear inspections, develop and evaluate film, and process Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) and Hazardous Waste (HAZWASTE). Bidders are required to submit a detailed written technical proposal (not to exceed 8 pages) that demonstrates thorough knowledge and understanding of, and approach to, accomplishing each paragraph in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and solicitation requirements. A completed SF 1449, including required blocks and CLIN information for item 0001, must be submitted as part of the price quote package. Quotes must include an itemized price breakdown with clearly defined responses to requirements and a travel cost breakdown in accordance with current Department of Defense Joint Travel Regulations. Offerors must have a valid CMMC Level 1 (Self-Assessment) certification at the time of award and throughout contract performance. Non-conformance with technical proposal requirements will deem an offeror ineligible.
