The Georgia World Congress Center Authority (GWCCA) is seeking proposals from firms interested in providing planning and design services for phased replacement of electrical systems in the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC). To be given consideration these questions shall be submitted to the Authority by no later than April 2, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Proposer questions, interpretations of this document, requests for information, requests for extensions of proposal deadlines, or requests for clarification of the scope of services/work shall be submitted in writing to the Issuing Officer ONLY at the e-mail address provided. The term of any service contract resulting from this proposal will be 24 weeks after contract is executed. The Authority retains the right to reject any or all submittals, and to waive technicalities, irregularities, and informalities, or cancel this procurement at any time. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
