This project involves the removal and replacement of a 42-inch corrugated metal storm pipe that runs parallel to Cardinal Street and crosses under West King Street with a 42-inch Double HPDE Pipe and riprap inlet/outfalls. The scope also includes ditch grading and riprap outlet installation at the Ash Street and Cardinal Street existing culvert.
