Renovation of a military facility in Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Provide all parts, labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to construct spray foam insulation installation and removal at Fort McCoy Range 36 in accordance with the Statement of Work, drawings, and contract documents. This procurement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside under NAICS Code 238310 with a small business size standard of $19.0 million. A site visit is scheduled for March 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM Central Time. All questions, concerns, verification or clarification of information regarding this solicitation, scope and any documents included in the solicitation package shall be submitted in writing to todd.a.dempsey.civ@army.mil no later than 10:00 AM, Central Time on March 31, 2026. Include in the subject line of the email the Government's solicitation number; failure to do so will lessen the Government's ability to ensure all questions are considered during the Quote process. Provide your company name, POC and contact information in the body of the email. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
