Site work for a mixed-use development in Coquitlam, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

The City of Coquitlam invites tenders for Contract 78012 - Road & Pedestrian Safety Improvements on Guildford Way and David Avenue, generally consisting of the following, but not limited to: Installation of new poles, signal upgrades, electrical work and concrete work for sidewalk and let downs at Guildford Way and Falcon Drive intersection. Installation of new poles, signal upgrades, electrical work and concrete work for sidewalk and let downs at Guildford Way and Lansdowne Drive intersection. Pedestrian Crosswalk on David Avenue east of Princeton Avenue. The scope of work includes new cross walk, new let-downs and median work, installation of RRFB (rectangular rapid flashing beacons), and electrical work. Other miscellaneous and incidental work as required. Documents can be obtained from www.coquitlam.ca/BidOpportunities The deadline for inquiries is 2:00 PM local time, Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
