BLHS - Pressbox & Site Improvements Estimated construction cost range: $250k - $400k (including alternates) Renovation and expansion of the existing football field pressbox and site improvements to allow for expansion of bleachers. Bleachers are by separate contract. A single, stipulated sum bid will be received; segregated bids will not be accepted. Bid security and bonds are required in accordance with instructions to bidders. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
