Site work and new construction of a detention facility in Fort Pierce, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a detention facility; and for site work for a detention facility.
The purpose of this bid is for a qualified contractor to provide site preparation and install a 50' x 60' Carolina Carport Metal Building. Contractor will be responsible for permit, site preparation, site plan/survey preparation, field verification for the metal building. a. Saint Lucie County will provide 50x60 Carolina Carport Metal Building and Engineered plans. Bid Bond 5% (Security shall be certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond) A one hundred percent (100%) Public Construction Bond is required upon notification of St. Lucie County's intention to award the contract to the apparent successful bidder. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all bids/proposals which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any proposal in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the proposal which best serves the County.
