Site work for a civil project in Woodworth, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The work consists of the construction of four wastewater pump stations and 4 and 6 inch diameter sewer force mains to transport wastewater from existing installations at Indian Creek Recreation Area, Tall Timber Baptist Conference Center, and Assemblies of God Campgrounds and State Headquarters. Auxiliary power generators will be provided at each pump station. The existing individual treatment systems at each site will be disconnected and taken out of service, and the existing systems will be consolidated into the Town's existing wastewater collection and treatment system. Bidders must deposit with their bid security at least five percent of the total bid price. The successful bidder is required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause. The Town of Woodworth encourages small and minority-owned firms and women's business enterprises to apply, and requests that persons with disabilities requiring special accommodations contact the Town prior to the bid opening.
